George Museum is the theme of the flourishing timber industry where old timber tools, implements, a yellow-wood woodcutter's cottage and an outdoor selection of labeled indigenous trees are on display. The fairy painting by Ruby Reeves, large collection of mechanical instruments and massive printing presses are fascinating.

Inside the museum is a variety of 13 steam locomotives, a photo gallery depicting some of the most breathtaking photos of South Afican steam. Various models of steam locomotives, steam locomotive number plates, model train room and road motor vehicles.
