Santam has announced a relief payment initiative for policyholders in the hospitality, leisure and non-essential retail services industries who have Contingent Business Interruption (CBI) extension in their policy cover with the company.
The qualifying criteria for payment, as well as the payment process, are outlined in the attached letter. For more detailed answers to expected questions, please refer to the attached Q&A document.
